ITC profile
Good day,
On the 09 March 2017, I have settled my contract with Cell C and sent proof of payment the same day. To my surprise is that it's still reflect on my ITC profile stating that I'm in arrears.
I've sent them an e-mail on the 03/10/2018 inquiring about my profile but no acknowledgment of my e-mail. I spoke to Thabo Mqambeli and he wasn't so helpful as well.
This is affecting my profile. I want this to resoled as soon as possible.
