ITC number takes more than 48hrs, SO 😞 😥

I reported a ****** phone at Cell c customer service on 21 June 2022, I was told I will receive ITC number within 48 hrs. Even today I am still waiting, everytime I make follow up, .told my case is not yet attended to. I need to claim for insurance, im not happy with the service I am receiving from Cell C. This is not the same service I received when I app**** for the contract. It seems they only care about new business and don't care about servicing the client after signing the contract. What does it take to receive ITC form Cell C? I an disappointed with the way they treat me. It's over a week now. I wish I signed a contract with VODACOM OR MTN, I regret joining Cell C
