ITC number frustration at CELL C

My brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max that i worked so hard for was ******. It has been over a week since i submitted my blacklisting request to CELL C. I call customer care and follow up almost every day, and everyday they ask for the same information, yet no one is able to help me. This process has been extremely frustrating to say the least. I cannot open a case with the police or claim from my insurance unless i have an ITC number, which i can only get from CELL C. I have spoke to other network providers and they all assure me that this is something that they can resolve almost immediately.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
