ITC Number
Well I don't reccoment Cell C at all. First place, there is no way you can get a ITC number from them when your phone is ******. Second place they are not helpful online, if you cannot remember the last numbers your have called on your phone or how much data you have put on, they don't care how you are going to get that ITC number. They actually handle you like a ********.
