ITC not updated months after account closed

Good day, I am getting a run around from Cellc legal department. My contract ended in August and I'm still calling and being pu on hold for hrs on end by Cellc's legal department. I ported to Vodacom after my contract ended but my record at ITC still says I owe Cellc and the account has not been closed. I have spoken to a couple of people at Cellc legal for months, still no help.

Good day, It is COB today and no one has contacted me. My record still reflects an outstanding balance of R1789.00. Can someone at the Legal department at Cellc please assist. My contract ended in August.

Good day, i was told a request to itc was sent 22nd Nov while my contract ended in August. It is 2 days since Cellc told me this but my record till this day says i owe them R1700. This is slackness at it’s best. Looks like a dysfunctional organisation with no business processes. It’s as if i’m the first person to cancell a contract, so irritated. Tardy service at it’s best???

On the 13th of Dec, Theodorah confirmed that legal has advised that a request has been sent for your ITC to be updated and they are still awaiting confirmation from Transunion & XDS.

Good day, it is 4 months now since i finished paying my contract. I have spent 2 months calling Cellc that i do not owe them anything and they should update my record as such. I have been shunted from pillar to post and my record still says i owe cellc R1700. I’m having a nightmare of cellc so called customer service, maybe i should seek legal assistance.
