ITC not being updated

Well i have still not received feedback from Cell C's Legal department. They sent me a reply stating that my query had been resolved when in actual fact it still has not. This type of misleading information is the reason why i am writing this complaint. My name has still not been updated on ITC for over a year already. They keep sending me paid up letters but nothing thereafter.
