Itc listing struggels

Cellc is the pits.. I had a contract with them that ended in January this year.. Me thinkong everything is sorted boy was I wrong.. When I pulled my credit rating yesterday cellc is still showing on my list of accounts which affect my outcome wen applying for other credit.. So I called the call centre today and was told I need to call transuion to get the account removed ?? I have never heard of this **** I had a contract before and once it's done the service provider then updated my profile.

They quick to put their shot on your profile but it's a issue to have it removed.. I want cellc to update my profile my removing their account. And I want the Reff as well as a letter stating it is done and my account is paid up
