******* ITC listing

Took out a contract at cell c. My payment date is the 15th of every month by eft. I made payments before the 15th and then I get the dreadful call at the end of the month. The person of cell c thanking me for the account that is up to date but however we did not receive a payment for the end of the month and that leads to them putting me on ITC for 19 months. We approached the Ombudsman and celc to sort this matter out but cellc just ignored me and the Ombudsman. I need urgent funds for an emergency retina eye operation but thanks to their incompetence I cannot apply for a loan.
