ITC Listing

I went to Cell C in Hatfield on 29 Feb 16, asked for an invoice for a settlement amount, which was given and I made the payment and returned the proof payment to the shop, where I was told they faxed it to the relevant department and that it should take 3days to update on ITC and on their system. Still today it has not been removed from ITC and effecting my credit rating. When you call there legal line you hold for 20 minutes and then they cut your call(Worse Call Centre Line In SA) which you pay for. I then decided to go to the branch at Centurion Mall, they checked on the system and said the payment is reflecting on their system, and that they can't assist me, I should call the Call Centre or take the matter up with ITC. So I am just hitting brick walls left and right.<br> <br> Could someone please contact me and assist with this matter because I don't know what to do anymore.
