ITC LISTING

Today was the 10th time trying to get to cell c legal department, pertaining to the contract I had with them, I signed a contract with cell c a few years ago and the contract came to an end in 2013 however my contract was in arrears and I was advised to pay the outstanding to have it settled I did exactly what I was told and received a settlement letter from nds credit management on behalf of cell c, to my surprise today when I asked for my current report from trans union, cell c is still showing up, called the call centre, but im being transferred from pillar to post no one seem to know what is going on, the reference from nds is as follows:***3 and the full settled account is :***. have this sorted out its urgent!!!!
