ITC listed by Cell C for closed account

On 17 February I complained here on hellopeter about Cell C listing an active and arrears account on the credit buro for an account that was closed and paid up in the Cell c shop in Hazyview Mpumalanga.

No written feedback and only once I got a call from Cell C customer care number while I was driving and couldn't answer. Thats it. They never tried to contact me again.

That is why I demand written communication via email for it is better to have all in writing.

Again on 2nd July. Same story.

Still, after more than 5 months I am listed on the credit buro. What will it take to take Cell C clear my name? Conveniently for Cell C their shop in Hazyview closed down (why?) and I cannot go there to try and sort it out. The closest store to me is 60 km away.

This is really shocking from a company of Cell c's stature... And should be a dire warning for prospective customers to sign up with this *********** company.

The matter discussed was that my credit report still shows an active (even arrears) cell c account on my name. On 17 Feb I asked you to rectify. You ignored me. Today I tried to apply for something and was told about my 'active arrears' cell c account. I now need to clear this from my credit record or get a letter from cell c stating my account has been successfully closed. The latter should take years to acquire.

Who else but CELL C? CELL C listed me for an account I already have closed and paid up more than a year ago.

Cell C has no regard for other people They will list you on credit buros even if you have no account with them, just to be spitefull... Warning: Be very careful before choosing Cell C.

If you pay up your account, and cancel it, be sure this company, Cell C, will not update ITC. They are as *********** and useless as MTN.

CLEAR MY NAME TODAY! Remove the active account listing from ITC. That is all I ask. Someone in your company should be able to do this??? Contact me on email urgently please!
