ITC listed

I requested my ITC report only to find that cell c listed me for an account I wasn't even aware of which says it was opened in 2011/04/18 account *** installment of R588 and I've never had an account with Cellc where I was paying that amount back in 2011 but I've just took up a mifi-router in January 2016 with the same details but now it's shows that some time in 2014 and last year I was defaulting which is nonsense as I only took this contract this year so Cellc get your records straight and fix this it's not my problem that you give recycled numbers to people! I will not be punished for something I don't know of so if this is not sorted I will cancel this contract after end of March (by its 2nd month) as I see people are complaining that you never sort their ITC listing whenever you have caused problems and I'm not prepared to waist my energy for something that will not be fixed.
