ITC letter - ID number flagged for *****

Cell C is ruining my life and I have never owned a Cell C number. Sometime in 2021, I found out that there was ***** using my ID number at Cell C, I then went to the branch and I was advised that I should to do an affidavit. Which I did and submitted, the contract was cancelled. However, my ID was flagged on the ITC and now I am battling to get it removed. I have been trying since December with no luck. I contacted the ***** department and these are the two case numbers I received *** and *** on the 4th of January 2023, I don't know which one is correct to use. I can't wait for two weeks to receive the ITC letter as I have been trying to get this sorted since December from the branch at Trade route mall, the assistant promised to call me back and he never did and I went there 3 times.
