ITC hand over

After they unfairly handed me over to credit listing for R1383.64, I decided to just pay them on the 27th of July on debit order. Months later, my name is still being listed and affecting my credit score. Since the beginning of December I have been calling them and sending emails, the only response i keep getting is that they saw the proof of payment and they have escalated the matter, or they have escalated to the right department so they can clear my name

I then requested at least some sort of proof (Letter) from their side that shows that this has been paid so I can submit to a financial institute and I don't have any outstanding amount, still no assistance.
