ITC Clearance/Credit record amendment
How long does it take for Cellc Legal Department take for an ITC clearance?
My cellc accout was fully paid in February but in April on my credit report it still shows am in arrears for 6 months.. how is this possible? cell c call centre is sending me from pillar to post i have sent their customer service an email but still no response and no paid up letter from cellc . This is affecting my credit score and its frustrating.

Feedback following the reference number *** shows that the paid-up letter cannot be provided as your account is currently in arrears. Have you made a payment to settle the amount in arrears?

19 Apr 2022, 14:49Hi the reference is the number I received when one of your agents refered my email to the legal department. This account was paid in full in February 2022..the email that has everything I sent it from *** on 7th of April 2022...where can I sent the documents again? Please don't give me the customer care email as they did not respond to me
