ITC

So at some stage last year when I was abroad, getting funds across from my Maldivian Account to my RSA account was a little hassle, this then lead to some of my accounts falling in arrears and so forth.

After we got an easier way to send funds across, obviously accounts were caught up and paid off in full, I had 2 Contracts with Cellc, in this time had to organize for cash payments down in Stellenbosch- one contract was gifted to my sister, but that was an issue for month's on end. Regardless, when things got sorted out, I paid off in full the one contract *** and ended it, my other contract which is my main no ***, was caught up in full and paid every month.

After querying for Contract at Vodacom, they picked up that CellC had put me on ITC for both accounts!! I cant even begin to register my disgust! No one phoned me or emailed as to which reason I have been placed on ITC, after all was paid in full and cancelled.

Never in my life will I take out another Contract with CELLC again!
