ITC BLACKLIST REFFERANCE NUMBER

Hi.

I went to Bloemfontein Lochlogan Cell-C branch store for assistance to blacklist my dual phone. My First contact was Mr. Sean for all paper work needed & they were all provided, that is my ID no. and Police Affidavit on the 29 October 2019.Then on Monday i had a contact with Mme Yanga and wednesday with Mme Rose but so far NO ASSISTANCE RECEIVED. After that i phoned called center 7 November 2019 for assistance but ALSO coudn't been assisted but i was send from Legal department back to all customer service speaking to Charllotte & Ally but no assisitance. All i wanted was to Blacklist my ****** phone and get an ITC BLACKLISTING REFFERANCE NUMBER. Till to date i haven't been assistant nor answered from Cell-C on how to get an ITC Blacklist refferance number. The issue is that my Phone with IMEI/SERIAL no. 86*2580*****468 for phone number 06292***54 was deactivated after i was hand over to lawyers by Cell-C but the account was paid off. Now the phone that got lost was using 07860***20 number with IMEI/SERIAL no. 86*2580*****0131 since it was a dual phone and the 06292***54 number was no more in use due to the simcard blocked by CELL C.
