ITC been Witheld

it has been 25 days and i'm still waiting for an ITC number from Cell C. i have tried blocking the two cell phones via the call centre and they refused to help me, even though i explained to the person that the phones i bought for my kids to whatsapp only. they do not make phone calls, as they dont have air time, only myself or their father calls them. And they cannot make calls as they only have whatsapp bundles. i then went to the cell c store and filled in a black listing form and up to today i still have not received any feedback. i went to the store two weeks ago and the consultant just said the blacklisting department is on strike. i was like what BS is this. i am furious at the level of service that i have been receiving from Cell C. This is hampering my insurance claim as well.
