ITC

Good evening,

I am not happy with Cell C at the moment. I had a cellphone contract with Cell C a few years ago which I was paying R99 monthly. I did pay the contract up to date and cancelled it however, Cell C never removed the account from my ITC. I called Cell C last month and raised my concern with a call centre agent who told me she did send a request to the relevant department, and the account will be removed from my ITC within 2 days. The account was never removed from my ITC and I fell its very unfair that I must now struggle to remove an account from my ITC which I have paid up.
