It was what I was quoted

<p>I called the cell c retentions department and requested a price to pay up my cell c contract. I was given a price of over R3000 which I paid at my nearest Nedbank. I asked the people over and over is there going to be another debit order , they said no. At the end of this month I get a debit order of 266.86 which I was not prepared for. I want this money returned as I was quoted to pay a certian price which I paid, and I did. Also, I now when I called in I was shouted at by a very rude Sibongile, how can someone like this work in Customer Service?</p>
