It's been forever

Cell C. . . USELESS!<br> I've been waiting for over a year for a call to come to a solution for a contract that I have never used since I got my phone. Do you people ever respond or worry about your customers? Your service is useless. A simple request for a call recording cannot be met. I've been called twice since May 2014 to resolve the matter and yet I still do not have any satisfaction or resolution to the matter. I phone your call centre on many occasions and yet I always reach an *********** agent who can never help me. #cellc #fedup
