It not right!

So this is my story again! On 31 May 2021 my sim card crashed. After loadshedding it just didn't want to work anymore. I have been trying umpteen times to get a sim swap. But it has been so difficult for me. Everything is linked to that number. My standard bank, husband's Nedbank, foshini, Truworths and all my cvs I have sent out. I really need that number. I have had it so long, I did port over with that number. Been to the cell c shops apparently they can't help they need 5 numbers I called. I explained to them I broke my phone's screen so the whole LCD is damaged. I then didn't have a phone for 2 weeks till my friend gave me her old one. So I didn't make much calls. I still have the sim that crashed. I have a new phone now and really want my number again please. This is truly pathetic. I get a mail back that says buy a new rica sim . Which is R25 then later told get a non rica sim. Which they know is basically impossible to find. Its bad, its real bad, standing in the Vangate queue. Very long queue to hear them tell the older people get a non registered sim. Eventually a few strings get pulled and I get a non registered sim. Been literally waiting long now now ? ? ? ? ?
