it never ends with you guys

I started receiving sms's that I'm subscribed to some data thing and that I should recharge my account for the money to be taken. I called Cellc and spoke to a guy who said I'm not subscribed to anything and my debit order will go off as normal. The money deducted today is not what I initially pay. I'm do sick of Cellc always passing the buck. Wth is going on
