IT IS NOT A PRIZE!!!!

I have been participating in this Cell C Summer competition, but it worries me when businesses say " YOU CAN WIN" OR "YOU HAVE WON" and you actually haven't won anything. Yes, we can get a discount bundle, but then it is just that, it isn't something that you have won. When you win something, it means you don't pay for it. Majority of the SO CALLED PRIZES are all discount bundles, not many things are things that are free. I would love CELL C to explain this to me. You are still paying, so it is not a WIN!!!!!! It is not a PRIZE!!!
