It has been 4 days with no data connection

To whom it may concern,<br> I have had a problem with my data connection from home since the 19th February 2016. I have a WiFi router with a bundle of 5gigs day and 15gigs night. When checking my data it shows that I still have 2.8gigs available but when I try connect it does nothing. No data sent or received. The pc is connected and available internet connection but nothing happens. I would like this sorted as soon as possible. <br> <br> Your kind assistance is greatly appreciated.<br> <br> Regards
