Issues with Termination and Client Service

I have been notified by Cell C that my contact ends the 31/7/2019, so i am trying to terminate my contract with Cell C but I am experiencing much difficulties just to get through to the appropriate persons to assist me. I contacted Cell C before the 1st of July to give them my one month notice and the lady that assisted me insured that she cancelled my contract and that i will receive a mail confirming that my Contract has been terminated. Today is the 9th of July and i received no feed back what so ever. I contacted Cell C again and this time i was placed on hold 30 min then the phone gets dropped in my ear. I called back again and as before i get placed on hold, once again i received no assistance . After the third time calling back i get transferred to 3 different departments and yet there is no out come nor any confirmation that my contract has been terminated. I requested to speak to management as i cant get through to the cancellation department and yet there was excuses why i could not speak to the manager. I would like to be advised how i can proceed as i will not pay any contract fees at the end of August as i am trying to get this issue resolved but does not seem that i am getting any where with Cell C
