Issues escalated 31 March. Still no response.

31 March Cell C response. Hello nadivas, As per feedback, you were advised accordingly regarding this matter. However, we will escalate this matter further. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Nine days later I am still awaiting a response from Cell C for a matter that has been dragging on since the beginning of January. How can Cell C promise you a phone on your contract, which you agree to, then, after waiting three months, say they can't supply it, even though they are supplying the same phone on other contracts. I have noted my ABSOLUTE DISPLEASURE AT CELL C's LACK OF RESPONSE PREVIOUSLY. YET THEY SAY THEY WILL ESCALATE THE ISSUE AND NINE DAYS LATER I HAVEN'T EVEN HEARD FROM THEM. APPALLING.<br>
