Issue with the contract cancellation

Hello Peter. I am writing this review about Cell C, I had a contract with them in 2019 and I decided to cancel it in 2023 I made a 30 day notice before the contract was cancelled. 22 June 2023 I received an SMS stating that my request for cancellation was successful and that it will be terminated on 27 July I received a confirmation that my contract was cancelled. October 2023 I've been receiving calls saying that I owe cell C R255 and I was shocked because I knew i do not have a contract with them. I called the customer care but the person who assisted me could not answer my question "what is it that I owe Cell c" I tried tried and tried with no solution then I decided to go to the branch that was this week Monday 19 February 2024 in Tygervalley branch the lady that assisted me was very rude to a point that she just gave me a paper that I must call cell c. I am very disappointed with the level of service from Cell C. The number in question is ***.
