Issue still not resolved!!!

I posted an issue of having paid for a phone which was sent back to cell c. The issue has not been resolved. A consulted contacted me on Monday and before I finished trying to explain to him what had happened, the call got cut and no one has tried to call me back yet. I am done speaking to customer care consultants, who up until today cannot assist me. How much longer is this problem going to go unsolved... another 2 years?
