Is this false Advertising or *****?
I just want to warn people buying airtime for cell c through apps, that they are not honoring the Nite Time Data that is supposed to come with your Data bundles. I bought a 2gig bundle which was supposed to add 4gigs nite data as well.
I received NO nite data and was simply told they don't know what I'm talking about.

12 Jan 2019, 12:58Hi this is just an update, its been almost a month now and i've called cell c at least 6 times as of now, each time they give me a case number then never call me back. When i then call to find out what's happening they say the case was closed the same day as the claim. I'm currently on hold with cell c while i write this and have been for over 30 minutes now. Please just use this as an example of how terrible this provider is and rather go for any of the alternatives. What started as me simply trying to get the data which i PAID for has turned into a month long battle. Update: I was taken off hold, there was laughing in the background and was then disconnected. Thanks Cell C+
