Is there any Customer Care Agent Alive at CELL C?????
How on Earth does one get to speak to an agent via your customer care line. I have been trying without any luck for 20 minutes.
I had a contract with you guys that was settled and cancelled a year ago. I need to speak to someone to have my account removed from your system and from Transunion. It shows that I am owing R102.00. and there is no way of speaking to an agent at the call center.
This is ridiculous!!!!
