Is it really that hard to allocate a credit note?

<p>I moved my business account over to Cell C and they did not load a Top up Contract as per the contract that I signed. Eventually after 3 months and being over-billed the whole time the contract was corrected. After alot of following up I got proof of a credit note that was allocated, however this credit note has never been allocated to my account as this is the second month that no credit was allocated to my account. I mailed them and said that I am not interested in waiting another month for a credit to be allocated, i wanted the credit to be paid into my account. However I have still not received a reply. Pathetic. </p>
