Is everyone at Cell c completely ***********?

For more than 2 years now I have made numerous calls and submitted numerous requests to cell C to please change my details on my statement to the same as on my ID. I had to spell my names and surname so many times to so many individuals. and yet, every time I receive my statement for 3 years now, it hasn't been changed.

Is such a difficult request for Cell C to get my name correct? I do not understand this at all? WHYYYY?????
