IS CELL C ONLY DOING ME IN OR PERHAPS ALSO OTHERS?

A few months back I took a 100Gb contract with Cell C ( *** ) and they could not provide the product and after three months and R1400.00 later Cell C stopped the contract (which is now prepaid)but I did not receive a credit and I cant find a person of some sort of authority to talk with in order to sort out the mess. I have three contracts which will either have to be upgraded or stopped within the next one to three months. If the credit is NOT sorted out by the time I have to do the first upgrade then I will STOP all my FIVE Cell C contracts as they become due for upgrade as I really do not wish to be done in again. SO CELL C PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS OR KNOW I WILL STOP THEM ALL AND PORT TO AN ALTERNATIVE PROVIDER. I ALSO CANNOT GET DETAILS OUT OF CELL C AS TO WHY I SEE NO MORE WIFI CALLING CONTRACTS. IF CELL C STOPS THAT AFTER I HAVE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON ROUTERS AND WIFI CONTRACTS JUST TO BE STOPPED AGAIN. THAT IS USELESS.

So sorry I am only getting back to you now. I only get to emails in the late afternoon. Thank you MM for your reply. My contact numbers are *** or ***. Sometimes Cell C coverage here is not as good as what it could be even on roaming, but has been better since Cell C started using Vodacom for roaming in this area. I will really be very chuffed if we could sort out the credit as this would not have happened if Cell C had refused to sell me the LTE-A contract because they have no LTE-A coverage in my area. I just need to add that there have been many times that this has been escalated, but NOBODY gets to resolving the problem. Thank you. Kindest regards. Anthony Smith
