Is Cell C Load shedding

We have complained about the lack of coverage in the Northcliff/ Fairland area for months. My offices are situated in northcliff and my home in Fairland. Most days there is no coverage in these areas. It is so bad that I have gone out and bought pay as you go phones for my staff so that they can contact our clients. These are from VODACOM and always have coverage.<br> I also find that the VODACOM phones have coverage in other areas such as the N3 highway, Muldersdrift Howick etcwhereas CellC doesn't.<br> Why must I pay foe a fancy smartphone that doesn'rt work whereas a VODACOM phone does? <br> I a, logging this on Helopeter as the call to CellC technical department was dropped before I could discuss the problem and I had no intention of hangoing on for another 45minutes to speak to the Customer Service
