Is Cell C in Financial difficult that they *****?

I am SO not happy with Cell C, I have been a Loyal Customer for the last Thirteen years with no major issues, Until now that is!! Is Cell C in Financial difficulty that they have to resort to *****ing? Because if I go through the Hello Peter posts, I am certainly not the only one. I have two Cell phone contracts and one Data card, I receive an e-mail every month for my Cell phone contracts which is always correct, However, this month R849.00 was deducted from my account for a R99.00 Data contract, WTH? I immediately drove to Festival Mall Cell C, Stood in a line with a small child for an hour and a half, only to be told that my Contract expired and I have been charged the full amount for the last few months, my question is, Cell C has ALL my contact details, why not notify me of this change? And by the way, R849.00 is triple the \Normal"2G amount"
