Is Cell C honest and do they have good ethic standards and good corporate governance in them???

As previously stated, had a contract. Got a shock on last payment. Did try to resolve but no luck. Even the operator could not explain the amount and why. Asked for a final payment, got it per sms. Amount due for 5 days (not using the service) was R475.29. Did pay Cell C immediately the amount to get rid of them as will never do business with them and also advising all of how Cell C is doing business. I received my "final statement" Guess WHAT!!! Seems the amount was WRONG!! My statement shows Cell C need to refund me R-86.55. Now, I wonder, will they be honest enough and have good ethics to do so?? What do you think???
