Is Cell C a **** or what???

From the 07 July 2021 I started receiving phone call from Cell C's *** number. They say my account is in arrears. I have asked them on many occasions to send me an email with a statement or proof that I am in arrears and nothing is forthcoming. They either put me on hold and drop the call since they cannot tell me which month I did not pay Cell C. The last person I spoke to is Gabriel this morning of the 15 July 2021 at 07h15 am, he said he is sending the email immidiately after the call, but still not received anything. Between the 07 July 2021 and today I have received a total of 17 calls from this number. Tell me where do I report this harassment. Gabriel said I should also speak to the cancelations department as they are the ones who says I owe Cell C money. Yesterday the 14 July I spoke to Cynthia at your customer service about this and the only advise she could give me is to block this number. I felt that this is not a solution as it seems that there is a big problem happening at Cell C and unfortunately I am the victim of all this.

With all that has happened to me this year, would you advise that I remain a Cell C customer. I do not feel valued at all. I have serviced my accounts well and never ever skipped a payment for may years, and now this is a Thanks I get from Cell C? I am beyond dissappointed at this stage, I am loosing even the slightest respect I still had for Cell C.

I had spoken to Thabisile via emails and I know you are also tired of my emails now, hence you do not respond at times. If that is the case, please refer me to someone who can resolve these issues for me so that I can cleanly part ways with Cell C.
