Is anybody there doing their job?

<p>I contacted Cell C to request a statement for my account for Proof of Address purposes, the lady that I spoke sent the e-mail immediately. However when the statement came through I discovered that Cell C still has an address on it from a residence where I lived 10 years ago. Surely since I have upgraded 5 times in the last 10 years, with paperwork being filled in and details updated every time, they should surely have my current address on their system!! I find this unacceptable and unproffesional. </p>
