Is a Change of Ownership that Difficult
On Saturday, 26 September 2015 I visited Ladysmith branch to do a change of ownership of a contract number from my name to my sister.

Sean from that branch verified that she was approved and took copies of the necessary documents. (My sister had come down from Johannesburg & we travelled 70km to Ladysmith from Bergville - as this is the nearest branch, in order to do this change). After spending much time there, confirmed that another bank statement & payslip was required as the first one was not for a full month. We therefore waited another month in order to get these documents. I e-mailed them to Sean on the 26th of October.

I contacted call centre (Ryan) on Saturday 31st and confirmed that no change had been made. I tried to contact Sean telephonically & left a message but got no call back. I phoned the branch last week Monday & he is away in Durban.

I received an e-mail from Sean on the 3rd November stating that the transfer would be done by that day. I phoned the call centre on the 4th & was told it would be effective on the 5th.

Today still not done. 40 minutes on phone with Cell C, transferred from dept to dept. Cust Serv phoned branch. Sean not in.
