Irritated angry client

Good day

I am a frustrated and disappointed individual as I am not even a client of Cell C. And I guess the reason is because of their lack of customer service and incompetence.

I recently found out that I have a contract with Cell C which was opened this year 19 January 2018 for C-fibre which costs R693. I tried calling their Call Centre however I had no luck therefore decide to go into the store for assistance(Jabulani mall).

I went into to the store on the 29/09/2018 and that's where they confirmed that the contract was opened **********ly at Commercial Waterfall Campus by Ashleigh Minne. The assistance Store Manager tried assisting me the way she thought was right at that time and advised that I need to follow up on the Monday(01.10.2018) however when I called the store I was advised that it's her day off by Bobby and that he will ask her to contact me back upon her return. I called on the 4th October to follow up however nothing was done at that point still. I called again on Friday to speak to the store manager Nhlanhla who advised that the correct process is to get an affidavit with a copy of my ID so that they could escalate this to their ***** department. I submitted everything on the 5th October and the following day I received a call advising that this has been escalated.

I did a follow up on the 8 & 9th and was advised that they also waiting for feedback which was understandable. I called on the 10th requesting for them to provide me with a reference number/ letter stating that they are busy the investigation,took me almost the whole morning with Bobby on the phone however till now I still don't have the letter. He kept advising me that his store manger and assistant are off and therefore there isn't anything he can do. I even suggested to him to call the ***** department and request for a reference number or try calling his superior to get the reference number however he was adamant that the isn't anything he can do. Then eventually I called again round about 1:45 and spoke to other one of their consultant who tried getting me the letter I was looking for according to him however to my surprise sent me their stupid escalation where I learned that even the escalation they sent was incorrect as my ID number was wrong and my name was misspelled.

All I want was a letter stating that my ID number was used **********ly for me to protect my identity meanwhile their busy with their investigation so now 2 weeks down the line we still don't have a case logged with the ***** dept since the ID number used was incorrect.

I guess with such incompetency that's why we have so much ***** and I wonder if the person whose ID number was sent also doesn't have a ********** account under their name.

No one seems to understand that its my identity that is been compromised here.
