irriated customer

I went to a cell C store in northgate last week to enquire about getting a Wifi for my new flat, the lady told me I need to call the call centre as they can check my area ect ect, and I did that. Andile Mackenzie was the sales agent who assisted me...to cut a long story short I got the package and discovered that its the wrong one. I went to the store yesterday, was told to call call centre and I did...mind you I have already paid a pro rata on this and I am still waiting for them to cntact me to come collect. I amiled him this morning, NOTHING. I am going to be billed R850 on the 20th for something I have not used. the cancellation department refused to cancel it!
