Irresponsible Johnny Hlophe cell c social media dept

Hi I have been repeatedly contacting Cell C in the past month and have reported on linked in as well. The person that I have made multiple interactions and queries with is a Mr Johnny Hlophe he is a social media representative of Cell C . I have several references that I have been receiving yet the issue is unresolved. Cell C Customer Service Case Number : *** is the last one received all for the same issue. Cell C has received payment on the 6th March in full which they consolidated and effected one debit order yet they continue to debit my account with individual debits

I need an ombudsman urgently.
