Irresponsible account management

Have a few contracts with cellc, i been with since they started, went into a bit of arrears during corvid level 5 and 4 because of salary cut, contracts expired, continued my contracts without informing me, month to month, with rates being higher than normal, i went into debt review because of the bill, they said that i was supposed to given them a months notice, not to continue my contracts, but never inform me of my contracts coming up for upgrade or asking me if i would like to continue. I asked to place my lines on pays as you go as soon as possible. They cut my lines, not i cannot receive any notifications or even receive a call, asked for them to adjust the bill as well. I use my number for my banking apps and all my friends and family have my number for over 6 years and i have not received a response from them as yet. My lines are still not in use. Absolutely disgusting service from cellc
