Ironically impossible to get hold of

After a pleasant experience in store last week, I want to take out another contract. Unfortunately the phone just keeps ringing andanda after trying to get hold of the agents instore to check on stock availability at least six times without answers, I've given up. Most disappointing that these frustrations prevent me from signing up for a new deal.
