irked to the max

<p>so I took a phone contract with cell c about three months ago, I was to pay R189 per month and I would get R100 at the begining of each month that I could use any way I wanted. for the past two months( September being the third, I will be charged R217) I have been paying more than R200, I called the call centre and I was told the reason they charge me more per month is because I used the R100 I get every month to buy data, I'm apparently supposed to only make calls with the money Not buy data, Cell c is basically charging me more per month for using my own money. Nobody said anything to me about not using the R100 on data and I find it ridiculous that I cant use my own airtime to buy data.</p> <p> </p>
