IRATE CUSTOMER

I'm extremely frustrated as I've settled my cell c contract in August 2021 and the account is still reflecting as a delinquent account on my credit report.

I've spoken to nimble regarding this but they aren't providing any feedback on the proof of paid up status.

Reason why I'm escalating this is because I got the settlement letter and banking details from Cell C but when I requested for a paid up letter, they don't reply!!

I've trying to resolve this since August however no feedback whatsoever.

Cell C is a bunch of ******* ****** that takes your money and doesn't even have the courtesy to reply with proof of paid up status and remove it from your credit record.

I'm going to take this further if no feedback is provided. This is my last resort.
