irate client

<p>What a useless service provider. I called the call center on Wednesday and spoke to a very rude consultant by the name of Nqobile who had an attitude problem and was very rude to me. How do you hire your staff? Do you teach them to be rude on calls? Coz I even spoke to some supervisor by the name of Phumi in the loans department who was also rude. The reason for my call was that im receiving an sms stating "OPT Number 651505 your cell c contract is almost approved if it's not you call 084 151. I called the number as I didn't apply for any contract with cell c recently. I was transferred from pillar to post with no help from anyone. So I would like for someone who is not rude to call me and tell me if someone app**** for a contract using my number and for the 2 consultants to call me and apologise for the attitude they gave me.</p>
