IRATE AND VERY ANGRY AND DISSAPOINTED

I am very irate regarding the this shout out bundle thing because when i checked my statement the amount there is very alarming and upsetting and told Phindile the lady i spoke to on the 12 November after calling cellc that they must listen to the call because the guy who called me regarding the getmore and the guy told me that i can cancel it anytime now they telling me it takes 30days.I need this taken care of because i do not have that kind of money thats on my bill.Someone needs to fix this because when they want our money they lie to us imagine had i not requested statement I would be seeing an amount of over R500 debitted.No guys i am very irrate and another lie is that they said they will only activatethe following no it was already activated.
