Iphone 7 plus not water resistant.

If they say they don't cover the phone under warranty if its water damaged that's not my problem when i bought it they said it's water resistant i cant swim with it, bath with it and what so ever so now that i'm having issues they sending me to Istore as if i bought the phone there Cell C cresta has a ****py service and they lazy and they have attitude when you black they give you different treatment i know my right if you selling something to me and you tell me that i can do this and that i'll definitely try it at the end of the day i'm paying for it. I've seen so many people swim with an iphone and it still works its either its a factory fault or something is just not adding up i'm getting ****ed know cause they not even calling.
